Jay S. Weiner Excels at Senior Marketing and Sales

Jay S. Weiner is a man who excels at senior marketing and sales. He has over thirty years of experience in the funding and running of financial, mortgage, and professional organizations. That is over thirty years of constant learning and experiencing how to run a business and make it excel. His goal now is to become an integral part of a new operation or join an existing one in which he can make some difference. He wants to use his strong expertise in the running of companies to help another operation.

Jay. S. Weiner was a Branch Manager at Northeastern Mortgage Company in Cambridge, Massachusetts for over eight years. He managed three branches located in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, Bedford, New Hampshire, and Peabody, Massachusetts. Through his efforts and a mass marketing effort, this became one of the largest branch systems in New England. He was charged with overseeing the recruiting, training, hiring, and development of the external sales staff and the internal support staff at each branch.

Weiner left that position in 1990 to co-found Main Street Mortgage Company, Inc. in North Andover, Massachusetts, in order to meet a growing need for mortgaging which he and his partner saw in the northern sides of the Middlesex and Essex counties. In 1993, Weiner founded his own mortgage lending firm called Olde Towne Mortgage Company Inc. This firm would soon grow from having only one employer, Weiner, to a high of $550 in closed loan production in a single year.
